A unique feature of this apartment is the blue wall, which has become the central element of the design. In this apartment, the kitchen and living room are combined into one space.

This wall is a structural element of the building, a diaphragm of rigidity, and therefore could not be removed. Instead, we decided to make it a key decorative element by painting it blue, which harmonizes with the sea view outside the window.

The project and design were completed in a short time – within one month. After finalizing the layout, the wall became the central decorative element of the combined kitchen and living area. It adds freshness and originality to the interior, creating a connection between the apartment’s interior space and the natural surroundings.
